Consultations can take place in either Rickmansworth or St
Albans and home visits are available throughout Hertfordshire.
Helen has moved to the Forest of Dean and will be offering
treatments for Gloucestershire and Herefordshire.
Initial
consultations take an hour whilst we ensure we have a full
medical and pregnancy history you will also receive your first
treatment. Sessions cost £50 in St Albans and Rickmansworth, £40
in Herefordshire and Gloucestershire but if ongoing treatment
is required to keep you well through your pregnancy packages of
treatments can be bought at a discount.
In addition to the
acupuncture treatment nutritional advice, exercises and
acupressure are also on offer so you can take the healing
home.
All Mama Nu
practitioners have a BSc in Acupuncture from
LCTA and are members of the
BAcC, the main UK
regulatory body. Needles used are sterile, single use and
disposable.
Rebecca Clarke

Rebecca's experience in
successfully treating women for a range of conditions throughout
their pregnancies means she is committed to empowering women to
feel the best they can during those tough 9 months. She holds a BSc in
acupuncture from the London College of
Traditional Acupuncture where she currently works as a research
supervisor. She is also a qualified herbalist and has an MSc in
Herbal medicine. She has also has completed an internship at the Hangzhou
Hospital of TCM in China and holds
a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Sussex.
Helen Hayes BSc Hons, MBAcC, LicAc, BA Hons
Helen is both an
acupuncturist and a mother. During her difficult pregnancy she
received treatment for morning sickness and SPD and so has real
understanding of the benefits treatment can bring. Helen
qualified at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and
specialises in treating women in her clinics in the
Gloucestershire and Herefordshire regions.
